Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at InGameUK.Shop. Returns and refunds are granted at the discretion of InGameUK - Due to an increase in fraud please contact us to discuss the reason for the return.
Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to InGameUK Limited, unit 6 Knighton Hill business Centre, Knighton Hill, Wembury.

Website refers to InGameUK.Shop, accessible from Ingameuk.shop

Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
- Cancellation refers to PreOrders or purchases not yet delivered.
- Return refers to an order already delivered to the customer.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 14 days, providing an explanation for the cancellation.
The deadline for canceling an Order is 14 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Buyers are responsible for return postage cost. This includes international orders. Return postage will be paid by customer. Unless otherwise agreed. If in the unlikely situation where postage has already been paid by InGameUK through dispatch, deductions to the price paid may apply, this includes all FREE POSTAGE items.
Cancellations of Pre-Orders
We offer a select number of pre-orders on Kickstarter Campaigns. These are either ordered as surplus as part of our pledge or a result of a direct agreement with publishers, part of their retail partner programs. In purchasing a "pre-order" for a Kickstarter campaign listed on our website you agree to the following cancellation / returns policy and additional terms of service.
- If the campaign is pre-shipping (still in production) a small 5% cancellation/administration fee will apply.
- If the order has been delivered and you would like to return the order. Then return postage will need to be paid by the customer, this exception to our "normal" policy is due to the size and weight of orders.
- Kickstarters' terms of service also apply to orders made via InGaemUK.shop
We ask for patience when ordering a "Pre-Order" (Kickstarter Backed Project), although we only back and offer this service for products developed by publishers with a proven track record of success, delays, and issues do often arise, impacting delivery times. We do our best to provide the most up-to-date information, where possible.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days
- The Goods were not opened.
- The Goods are in the original packaging
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
- The supply of Goods that according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorates rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
- The supply of Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of Goods that are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
- The goods were not opened from their original packaging, if this is the case and the return is still desired, please continue to return the goods.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods to the following address:
Unit 6 Knighton Hill Business Centre, Wembury, Plymouth, Devon PL90EB.
- If goods have been opened from their original packaging they will be subject to a 15% deduction upon return before the refund is issued, due to the decrease in value.
We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Gifts
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.
If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
